Tianjin Incubator Association Training Bootcamp is a mandatory annual programme designed to strengthen the capabilities of China’s incubator ecosystem. By focusing on operational strategy, innovation frameworks, and effective value creation, the programme equips participants with actionable tools to enhance incubator performance and increase the success rate of tenant startups.

The masterclass also fosters networking and collaboration among Tianjin-based incubators, creating a community of practice that encourages knowledge sharing, strategic partnerships, and cross-incubator learning.

Programme Format

3-day, in-person training programme designed to enhance the effectiveness and innovation capacity of incubators across China.

Target Audience

The programme is aimed at administrators and operators from incubators across Tianjin, including creative hubs, technology and science-based incubators (e.g., biotechnology, biomedical, sports science), venture-backed incubators, and commercial business parks. Over 70 participants from more than 40 incubators attended, representing a broad cross-section of the local ecosystem.
