GUIDE is a pan-Asia venture programme and advisory platform led by practitioners who have built and scaled companies before.

Unlike traditional accelerators, the program requires no equity, allowing startups to grow on their terms while accessing key resources like curated dealflow meetings, connections with over 300 regional industry experts or investors, networking events, and concentrated business reviewing sessions. Startups will also benefit from private 1:1 partner pitches, and consultation, exposure to different industry professionals.

The accelerator supports startups across technology-enabled sectors, with emphasis on scalable business models, regional adaptability, and cross-border commercialisation. Participating teams engage with ecosystem partners, investors, and institutions to gain grounded understanding of Central Asia’s market dynamics and regulatory landscape.

The bootcamp brings together founders focused on agriculture technology, regenerative farming, supply chain solutions and climate aligned innovation. Participants receive direct exposure to local government units, high tech zones and industry leaders, building practical understanding of the Xinjiang market.

These sessions focused on creating meaningful founder–investor interactions, enabling startups to test their narratives, gain real-time feedback, and build momentum with regional venture capitalists in a time-efficient, outcomes-driven setting. GUIDE was responsible for the design, curation, and execution of both pitch formats, including founder selection, investor matching, session flow, and on-the-ground delivery. The formats were structured to prioritise signal over spectacle, ensuring focused conversations and practical next steps for participating founders.

The programme centred on structured, time-bound interactions supporting founders in validating investor fit while offering investors curated access to promising early-stage teams across ASEAN. GUIDE was responsible for the concept design, curation, and on-ground execution of ASEAN CrossConnect, including session structure, founder and investor flow, and real-time coordination. The programme was supported by GUIDE LiveDesk, a live display system providing visibility into active and upcoming pitching rounds to ensure smooth participation and session efficiency.

The programme fosters an environment of peer learning, mentorship, and practical application, enabling participants to translate knowledge into actionable strategies for their ventures. By integrating local ecosystem expertise with proven venture-building frameworks, the incubator aims to accelerate the growth of Philippine startups while positioning GUIDE as a key enabler within the country’s innovation landscape.

The masterclass also fosters networking and collaboration among Tianjin-based incubators, creating a community of practice that encourages knowledge sharing, strategic partnerships, and cross-incubator learning.

Through a combination of project-based learning, mentorship, fireside chats, and site visits, participants explore the full lifecycle of venture creation from ideation and validation to growth strategy and execution. By exposing participants to Malaysia’s startup ecosystem and providing structured support in venture-building, PACE strengthens PETRONAS’ internal innovation capability, enhances cross-functional collaboration, and positions participants to lead new business initiatives that contribute to long-term corporate growth.

As an invited speaker, GUIDE contributed to the programme by introducing its mission, learning platforms, and founder-focused initiatives to a highly relevant audience of potential partners. The session positioned GUIDE as a credible ecosystem partner capable of delivering structured founder education and venture-building programmes in emerging and growth markets.

By combining the collective experience of alumni, angel investors, and ecosystem supporters, the network not only strengthens individual startups but also fosters a culture of collaboration, learning, and long-term ecosystem growth. GUIDE’s involvement in the network highlights its commitment to supporting founder communities and building scalable, mentorship-driven programs across the region.

The programme provides participants with direct exposure to Alibaba’s operating philosophies, platform-driven growth models, and lessons from building and scaling technology-enabled businesses at global scale. By combining global expertise with local ecosystem collaboration, the programme strengthened connections between Philippine entrepreneurs and international digital leaders, while reinforcing Gobi and GUIDE’s shared commitment to founder education, capability building, and long-term ecosystem development in the Philippines.
