Launched by Big Sky Capital and enabled by GUIDE, with support from Astana Hub and IT Park Uzbekistan, Southeast Asia (SEA) Enterprise Tech Launchpad connects Central Asia's most promising enterprise tech companies with real commercial opportunities in Southeast Asia — pairing them with corporates, local operators, and go-to-market specialists on the ground in Kuala Lumpur.
Our next cohort expands the programme regionally, bringing together founders from both Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan for a hybrid in-person and remote engagement built around one goal: turning market interest into pilots, partnerships, and paying customers.
Programme Format
This programme is for revenue-generating B2B enterprise tech startups and scaleups incorporated in, and/or led by founding teams from, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan — with clear intent to scale into Southeast Asia and early product-market fit in the regional enterprise market.
The programme runs 6–8 weeks, opening and closing with in-person weeks in Kuala Lumpur, with remote advisory and matchmaking support in between. Exact programme dates and cohort size are being finalised with Astana Hub and IT Park Uzbekistan — check our partner page for the latest details and application deadlines.
Backed by investors, industry leaders, and academic institutions with deep roots across Greater Asia.
Proven in the field — ventures from our previous cohort already building across the region.

This programme is open to 5–12 selected Seed to Series A technology companies with cross-border ambitions to scale across Southeast Asia. It is designed for scaling-ready ventures preparing for their next inflection point — for SEA-based founders expanding regionally, or international technology enterprises seeking structured market entry.
