Temerlan Kaiyrzhanov is a business development lead, ecosystem builder, and startup mentor focused on early-stage growth, strategic partnerships, and investor readiness. He currently serves as Business Development Manager at KPMG, where he leads cross-sector engagement and represents the firm in the Foreign Investors Council under the President of Kazakhstan. His work spans digital transformation initiatives, policy dialogue, and support for startup ecosystems across Central Asia.
