Nhat Minh Phan brings deep, cross-industry expertise spanning venture capital, financial services, technology, mobility, and infrastructure. Currently a Partner at Gobi Partners, focused on investments across Southeast Asia, he previously led Corporate Venture Capital at VinFast, building investment theses and screening over 200 global companies in mobility, batteries, and advanced materials, and began his VC career as an Analyst at TotalEnergies focused on cleantech and solar.

In fintech, Nhat Minh served as Country Head for Kredivo Vietnam (FinAccel), building a 70+ person team and leading the business from launch, with earlier banking experience at HSBC Private Bank. On the operating side, he co-founded PropTech company REVER, scaling it to 140 staff and 300+ agents before a successful exit to a private equity firm, and as a Strategy Manager at Grab helped drive the team to over 80% market share in Vietnam within a year.

Nhat Minh's foundation includes strategy consulting at EY and BCG, where he led financial modeling, negotiations, and strategy for $1B+ infrastructure projects across highways, hospitals, and renewable energy.
